Server/Waiter
Full time
You will be expected to serve guests requirements to their satisfaction, efficiently and courteously to the Kanpai standard
Responsibilities
Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Delivering food orders to guests table and notifying servers when food is ready
Keeping stations cleaned and stoked before, during and after service
Obtain knowledge and skills from Restaurant Manager
Be a team player, committed, engaged and respectful.
Ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently provided
Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to help achieve the weekly revenue and profit targets
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures throughout the venue, including health & safety and food safety procedures

- Partake in training in the cooking technique of Yakiniku
- Ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently provided
- Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out
- Ensuring effective and engaging daily briefings before each service
- Building guest loyalty constantly building knowledge on restaurants offering to provide individual and engaging service at all times
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to help achieve the weekly revenue and profit targets
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures throughout the venue, including health & safety and food safety procedures
- Deliver adhoc tasks and required by the Senior Management
Requirements and skills for aServer/Waiter
- Have previous experience in a similar setting
- Must be comfortable working with meat
- Have previous experience of delivering quality food service along with extensive knowledge and passion for the industry
- Availability to work nights and weekend
