We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Director to oversee and manage TikTok campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will lead the execution of TikTok campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets. You’ll work closely with creative teams, strategists, and clients to deliver innovative campaigns that stand out in the fast-paced world of social media. What you’ll be doing: Campaign leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of TikTok campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and brand values. Strategy execution: Work with creative and account teams to translate campaign strategies into actionable project plans. Team coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including creatives, account managers, and production staff, to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery. Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Content planning: Oversee the briefing, creation, and approval of TikTok content, working closely with in-house creators, freelance talent, and influencers. Timeline management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across all phases of the campaign. Budget control: Manage campaign budgets, tracking expenses to ensure profitability and alignment with client expectations. Performance monitoring: Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation. Risk mitigation: Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in project management within a creative, digital, or social media environment. A strong understanding of TikTok and its unique content strategies. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience managing creative teams and external freelancers. Proficiency with project management tools and platforms such as Notion, Trello, or Asana. Budget management experience and the ability to deliver projects within financial constraints. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience working with influencers and TikTok creators is highly desirable.
