Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a range of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Advising clients on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth.
• Contributing strategically to the firm’s ongoing success and development.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 8 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Demonstrable success in business development with an existing client following.
• Expertise in handling complex transactions and providing strategic commercial advice.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
