Following a period of exceptional growth which shows no sign of abating, we are now looking to appoint their first qualified finance professional to join as its Finance Manager. LocationLocated in Somerset, the business operates a full hybrid working policy, typically looking like 1-2 days in the office every week.RoleSupported by an ambitious board, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the finance agenda, including the finance operations, the production of management accounts, cashflow and working capital management, ensuring accuracy of accounting records, managing the audit, strategic financial planning and analysis, driving process improvements and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.Responsible for producing period-end reportingProduction of timely and accurate monthly management accountsDeliver on financial modelling, cashflow management and projections, commercial analysis and strategic projectsManaging annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and foreign currencyDrive the business to proactively manage costs and optimise the cost base.Manage and maintain relationships with auditors/ tax advisorsResponsible for reviewing …
