Specialising in creating exceptional, bespoke residences that redefine luxury living, they are looking for someone who shares their passion for excellence. **The Role:** Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of exclusive projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * The preparation of detailed cost plans and budgets for high-value residential projects. * Producing accurate and timely cost reports and valuations. * Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction lifecycle. * Leading the procurement process, including tendering and sub-contractor selection. * Managing variations and claims. * Preparing and analysing post-project cost reports. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost management processes. **The Ideal Candidate:** * Holding or working towards a Surveying HNC or Degree. * 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * A strong understanding of construction methods and materials. * Proficient in the use of relevant software, including MS Office Suite * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop. * A full UK driving licence is essential. **What we offer:** * A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. * A supportive and collaborative working environment. * Excellent career progression opportunities within a growing company. * The chance to contribute to the creation of truly unique and magnificent homes. **To Apply:** If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for luxury residential development, we encourage you to apply
