RN Grade 1 & 2 Relocate to Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse's (RN) to join our healthcare hospitals in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. The ICU Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other advanced interventions. Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting vital signs, lab results, and clinical data to detect changes in status. Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders. Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring devices. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding the critical care process, treatment plans, and recovery expectations. Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the hospital’s electronic medical records system. Participate in emergency and life-saving procedures, including CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Maintain professional development through continuous education and training in ICU nursing best practices. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. License: Valid nursing license from home country and eligible for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required. Additional certifications in critical care nursing (e.g., CCRN) are preferred. Skills: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations. Proficiency in using ICU-related medical equipment and electronic health records.
