Senior Support Workers Required for Children's Home in Norbury South Streatham London SE16 * Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities ? * We are currently recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Norbury at our 3 bed home supporting children/young people with EBD and challenging behaviours( Ofsted Regulated) * Our home is well led where there will be huge support and you will be encouraged to develop and progress. As Senior Support Worker you will * Provide high-quality care and support to young people with EBD and complex needs. * Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the well-being and development of the residents. * Follow safeguarding procedures * Lead and manage the shifts including YPs behaviours and staffing issues * Manage the supervision of staff * Carry out inductions for newcomers * hours 35.5 per week Senior Support Worker shift patterns * 1 on 1 off * Week 1 Mon Wed Fri 3pm to 11pm * Week 2 Tue Thur 3pm to 11pm Sat 730am to 1130pm * Sleeps are £60 11pm to 730am Senior Support Worker Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate: £15 to be reviewed soon (plus sleep-in payments). * Sleep-ins paid at £60. * Free enhanced DBS checks. * Ongoing career development with extensive in-house training. * Comprehensive structured and supported induction. * Opportunity to gain sector-specific qualifications.
