Job Description
Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our Lincolnshire client as they recruit for a HR Transformation Manager to join them. This role will be joining the business at a pivotal point to project lead in aligning the terms and conditions of employment across our clients workforce. This is a 12 month fixed term contract 4 days a week offering £45000. An immediate start is required. To be based at either their Spalding, Horncastle or Boston site.
The role Work closely with the Head of HR & OD and Senior client stakeholders to manage the alignment of the terms and conditions of employment across group, providing expert HR guidance and advice on people impacts of business change
- Develop and manage detailed project plans with concise timelines, maintaining associated reports and decision records, for future reference
- Developing reporting and information for wider stakeholders, SMT, and Unions.
- Working with HR team to ensure that policies and consultations are planned for, managed and implemented
- Supporting senior management leads to consider options and provide data and information for decision making.
- Support Senior management to develop consultation briefings and presentations, attending all sessions, and deliver briefings.
- Ensure effective communications are in place within HR and with business stakeholders to enable consistent, coordinated and effective messaging, with appropriate channels for feedback
- Continuously manage risks and options around changing political, legal and employee engagement
- Manage the development and sign off of Frequently Asked Questions and responses to consultation
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Change Manager and have managed a similar change project aligning terms and conditions. You will take a hands on approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, with strong project management skills. You will have the experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships, leading in meetings and reporting on data.
