Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, generating leads, managing a high-performing sales team, and effectively engaging with our target audience. Based at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham, this position offers a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Design and execute innovative campaigns across social media platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to enquiries and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and social media marketing management, preferably within the healthcare or D2C sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for business growth.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, social media analytics, and marketing tools.
