Develop a permanent recruitment desk in one of the selected sectors (Finance, Fire and Safety, or Healthcare) from the ground up.

Build and nurture relationships with new clients and candidates, creating long-term partnerships.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent roles.

Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer customized recruitment solutions.

Actively engage in business development to grow the client base within the selected sector.

Manage communication with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring that recruitment strategies are aligned with sector developments.

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Finance, Fire and Safety, or Healthcare sectors.

Strong business development skills, with a passion for building and growing a desk.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.

Expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not essential with relevant recruitment experience.
