Job Opportunity: Health and Social Care Lecturer (Foundation Degree) Location: Merseyside Contract: Part time, Temporary (May consider full time) Level: Foundation Degree Start Date: ASAP Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a dynamic and knowledgeable Lecturer to join a welcoming and supportive college in Merseyside, delivering high-quality teaching on the Health and Social Care Foundation Degree. The Role: As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, industry-relevant teaching and assessment to foundation degree students. You'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic support, and inspire the next generation of care professionals. This is a part time role of 22 hours per week. all the work is set and there will be no prep or marking to do. Requirements: * A degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related subject (essential) * Teaching experience in a further or higher education setting * A teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) is advantageous Strong understanding of current health and social care practices and policy Ability to motivate and support diverse learners Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality teaching sessions to foundation degree students * Develop learning materials and assessments in line with awarding body requirements * Monitor student progress and provide tim…
