The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all machinery within a leading FMCG organisation. Based in Huddersfield, they have a strong presence in the market and are committed to maintaining their exceptional standards of production and service. Description Implementing and maintaining machinery in the production department. Carrying out preventative maintenance on FMCG machinery. Identifying and rectifying mechanical faults in the production line. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with the engineering team to enhance production efficiency. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Participating in the training and development of junior engineering staff. Providing technical support to the manufacturing team as required.Profile A successful Maintenance Engineer should have: NVQ level 3 in Engineering and a time served apprenticeship.
