Swan staff Ltd are currently seeking carers for our Residential Home based in Leiston, they are a warm and welcoming care home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care for their residents. The Role

As a Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting residents with mobility and mealtimes
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any concerns to senior staff
Encouraging residents to engage in activities and social interaction

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and develop within the role
Previous care experience is beneficial must have a minimum of 3 months plus
