Remote Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

We are working with a PCN that require a clinical pharmacist to help support their team for 3-4 days per week, from April.

The role

• Tis role is a remote role
• Work as part of the team to deliver an excellent service to patient cohort
• Completing Medication reviews, SMR’s, Prescription queries etc.

About you

• Independent prescriber – Essential
• CPPE Pathway – Completed, enrolled or exemption letter – Essential
• Experience in long term condition management- desirable
• Access to Emis web or System One – desirable
