Job Title: Fire Compliance Sales Manager Location: Twickenham (with UK travel as required) Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Commission We are currently seeking a Fire Compliance Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, securing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the fire compliance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction, fire safety, or doorset industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the fire compliance sector Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and facilities management firms Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction Provide expert advice on fire door products, specifications, and compliance with UK fire safety regulations Work closely with internal teams, including technical, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve profitable sales Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in B2B sales within the fire door, doorset, or wider construction industry. Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance standards in the UK. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
