With a strong focus on embedding sustainability across its operations, this company is dedicated to setting new standards in ethical business practices and shaping a healthier, more sustainable future. Key Requirements : Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with business goals. Establish robust ESG governance frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring adherence to global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD. Oversee climate-related initiatives, including net-zero commitments, carbon accounting, and energy efficiency improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, investors, clients, and regulators to champion ESG objectives and foster transparency. Partner with product teams to embed sustainability and ethical considerations into the companies core product. Lead ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting, delivering impactful insights and disclosures, including annual sustainability reports and risk assessment in operations and supply chains.
