As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and curing parts to ensure a flawless, durable finish.   Key Responsibilities: Apply powder coatings to metal components with precision and attention to detail. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment. Ensure high-quality standards and consistency in all finished products. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines. Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary touch-ups.Requirements: Previous experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
