Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Yard Operative / Warehouse Operative (Agency Bookings) Job Description: We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Yard Operatives / Warehouse Operatives to join our team on an agency booking basis. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the yard and warehouse, supporting our clients in maintaining a safe, organised, and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading goods from vehicles * Moving and organising stock in the warehouse * Ensuring all stock is stored safely and securely * Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation * Maintaining a clean and organised yard/warehouse area * Operating machinery, such as forklifts (training provided if required) * Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to * Supporting warehouse teams with day-to-day operations as required Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in a warehouse or yard operative role (desirable) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Physically fit and able to handle manual labour tasks * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic * Forklift certification (preferred but not essential) What We Offer: * Full training and support provided * A positive and inclusive working environment If you are a motivated, reliable individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, we would love to hear from you
