Job description\\n\\nAs part of our continued expansion, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced HVAC Engineers including Supervisory roles, to join our growing team.\\n\\nwe operate for Commercial Clients, NHS, Education and on MOD Sites throughout London and the South.\\n\\nSkills required\\n\\n· A highly experienced HVAC engineer, with a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential) NVQ Level 3 (desirable) in plumbing and heating.\\n\\n· An individual who has previously worked within commercial projects, within hospitals, schools, offices, including plant rooms etc.\\n\\n· You will be able to read drawings efficiently\\n\\n· You will be used to working unsupervised and on own initiative\\n\\n· You will also be used to working as part of a team and take supervision/instruction accordingly\\n\\n· Have a high level of interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients\\n\\n· You will have a “can do” attitude, working to deadlines, be focused, passionate about your work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed\\n\\n· You will be willing be flexible with your working hours and work patterns as night work may occasionally be required\\n\\n· Full Driving licence\\n\\n· Please note you must be able to achieve a DBS certificate/Baseline Personal Standard Security Clearance\\n\\nRoles and responsibilities\\n\\n· Install a range of systems within client's premises, primarily in commercial settings, including schools, hospitals, offices etc.\\n\\n· Meet & maintain high quality standards\\n\\n· Work in a safe and controlled manner, following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements\\n\\n· Support the development of Junior and Apprentice engineers\\n\\n· Review RAMS produced; and as a Supervisor (SSSTS)\\n\\n· Ensure you manage and maintain any risk, controls in the working environment to maintain colleagues and public's safety\\n\\n· Raise project concerns with project manager\\n\\n· Site supervision of junior engineer/s\\n\\nSchedule:\\n\\n· Monday -Friday 08:00am – 5:00pm\\n\\nEducation:\\n\\n· Certificate of Higher Education (required)\\n\\n· CSCS Manager (desired)\\n\\n· SSSTS (desired)\\n\\nExperience:\\n\\n· HVAC/AC Maintenance: 3 years (required)\\n\\nSalary\\n\\n· £45,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n· 28 days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays\\n\\n· Additional Paid day off for your Birthday\\n\\n· Company Pension\\n\\n· Company Vehicle\\n\\nJob Type: Full-time\\n\\nPay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year\\n\\nSchedule:\\n\\n * Monday to Friday\\n\\nWork Location: In person\\n\\nReference ID: Perm role\\n\\nExpected start date: 10/03/2025
