Your role is critical in aligning with the Sales Directors strategy to deliver consistent results, meet targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Qualifications: Sales Expertise: A proven track record in sales with previous experience in a similar role within the housing industry. Professionalism: Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Self-Motivation: Demonstrate organisation, self-motivation, honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members, making an immediate and positive contribution to our vibrant work environment. Flexibility: Embrace flexibility, as the role involves travel between developments within the Southern Region.
