Physics Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to students, fostering a stimulating learning environment, and inspiring a love for science. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, and a commitment to mentoring students in their academic journey., * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.

• Educate students on fundamental concepts of physics, ensuring comprehension through practical applications and experiments.

• Conduct laboratory sessions, guiding students in scientific research and experimentation while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Utilise effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

• Provide tutoring and additional support to students who may require extra help in understanding complex topics.

• Assess student progress through regular testing and assignments, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.

• Mentor students in their academic pursuits, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to physics and mathematics.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in professional development opportunities.

• A degree in Physics or a related field is essential; teaching qualification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of mathematics as it relates to physics concepts.

• Experience in scientific research or laboratory work is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Proven experience in behaviour management within an educational setting.

• Skills in proofreading and providing detailed feedback on student work are desirable.

• Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring students is beneficial.

• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
