Design Consultant Hours: Part-time (24 hours per week) Salary: Up to £27,000 pro rata Location: North West Essex Simon Acres Group is working on behalf of our client to find a talented and sales-driven Design Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about kitchen and bathroom design to help customers bring their dream spaces to life! Key Responsibilities: * Engage with new and existing customers, understanding their needs to create tailored design solutions. * Work towards individual and team showroom targets to drive sales performance. * Utilise strong sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise opportunities. * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless design journey from concept to completion. What We’re Looking For: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the Kitchen/ Bedroom/ Bathroom industry. * Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement and relationship building. * A creative mindset with an eye for detail in design. * A willingness to learn and grow – full training provided!
