Working Hours and Pay

Working hours for this position are ad-hoc:

• 09:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.00 per hour – DAYS

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Production Operative will include overseeing the quality of the manufacturing process, including all stages of production from start to finish. This entails identifying and eliminating errors, ensuring the products meet acceptable standards, and maximising the efficiency of all production.

Candidate Requirements

• A passion for working with manufacturing and the ability to handle both repetitive and challenging tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
• Good problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a driven, self-motivated attitude.
• Previous experience in manufacturing is essential.
