I am looking for a Children Inclusion Manager who is available as soon as possible to join Access and Inclusion service to make a difference for children who are missing education. If you are a manager who is passionate about children's access and inclusion to education and would like to bring a positive impact for children who are missing or at risk of missing education, this role is definitely for you. This is working for a prestigeous local council in East of England. The inclusion manager will engage in hybrid working therefore it would be nice if you live in Essex area. Responsibilities The successful Children Inclusion Manager will be in charge of design and implementation of the strategy and policies for areas under Access and Inclusion service linked to children who are at risk of missing education through part-time arrangements, suspension, exclusion, unplaced children. You will be responsible for 15 members of staff.
