We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation by managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in financial services and proficiency in accounting software., * Assist in processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is accurately captured and organised.

Support month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to accounts.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required by management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding financial transactions.

Proficient in accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
