Job Purpose
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Senior Manager. If you are a data-driven optimization expert with a passion for improving user experiences and driving business results, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Reporting:
- Ensure underlying marketing data is up to date and reconciles with platform data and other key ‘sources of truth’
- Regularly present data-backed insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Identifying gaps in current data & insights for Marketing team, from tagging to dashboards
- Suggest workflow and process improvements that increase the marketing team’s capability to optimize and improve campaigns and user journeys
- Utilize existing tools Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, Optimizely etc to measure and track performance improvements.
Marketing & Media Performance Insights:
- Analyze paid media campaigns, conversion metrics, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and share actionable insights and recommendations for increasing conversion rates across our subscription models.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Continuously experiment with new ideas and leverage data to prioritize high-impact tests in buy/upgrade flows, checkout, marketing landing pages and other key customer touchpoints
- Work closely with core testing stakeholders to implement changes based on test results and optimize the user experience.
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Lead SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic and ensure our website ranks well for key search terms related to our subscription offering.
- Work with Editorial and Product teams to optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Keep up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to maintain and improve our search visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a focus on subscription-based D2C businesses
- Strong understanding of paid media channels including paid search, social and other biddable medias
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user behavior analytics.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimizations.
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for SEO analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a subscription-based business model.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to work with design teams to improve customer interfaces.
- Background in paid media optimization (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
