Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:

  1. Arranging Service Department bookings.
  2. Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  3. Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor:

  1. Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  2. Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
  3. Previous experience in Upselling.
  4. Full manual UK Driving Licence.
