Product Director – Education UK Wide £Competitive Salary We have an exciting opportunity for Director, Product Education toown and drive our Education Division products and services. Experienced in customer and outcome-led software innovation, you will drive requirements into the full product lifecycle from strategic vision through to customer experience and product delivery across the portfolio. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the market, customers, and competitive pressures affecting the product portfolio. You will spearhead the strategy formation and execution and understand how to derive and prioritise product value for customers and create clear strategies for realising this value across our customer base driving business profitability. You will be competent in lean product development, with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and positive disruption. Youll know how to get the best from data analytics through analysis, be able to articulate the true value of the research and discovery, and be experienced in bringing out the best in design and UX. What will you be doing? Drive the full product lifecycle across the portfolio The creation and delivery of a clear vision based on customer and user outcomes, working across multiple markets and stakeholder groups. Be the glue across the business, from commercial through to operations, to ensure the success of your product. Understand the market and competitors and seek out enhancements to give the product solution a competitive advantage To deal with escalations from the support and implementation teams Be fully responsible for the GTM process Experience and Knowledge Experienced Product Director or Educationalist, with 7+ years related product management experience; 2+ years of Product Director-level experience Experience in wider Education software solutions would be advantageous Excellent track record with taking products to market and optimising existing products Demonstrable experience in engaging with and putting the customer first Proven leadership skills, to articulate and sell your vision for your portfolio Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job. Decisive, logical, and analytically driven decision-maker.
