Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves maintaining gardens, ensuring the health and beauty of plants, and contributing to the overall aesthetic of outdoor spaces., * Perform regular garden maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and planting.

• Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for garden upkeep.

• Assist with landscape maintenance projects, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and visually appealing.

• Irrigate plants appropriately to promote healthy growth, adjusting watering schedules as needed based on weather conditions.

• Monitor plant health, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases and taking appropriate action.

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute gardening projects that enhance the landscape.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and equipment used in gardening tasks.

• Previous experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued.

• Familiarity with various gardening techniques, including growing different types of plants and flowers.

• Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively in a garden setting is advantageous.

• A strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles will be beneficial in this role.
