Job DescriptionOVER VIEW Nirvana Brands is a distributor and Manufacturer of latent brands by leading international fragrance companies. Currently we work with the following brands: GUY LAROCHE, PALOMA PICASSO, ROLLING STONES, SARAH JESSICA PARKER, LAURA ASHLEY, ANTONIO BANDERAS AND SHAKIRA.JOB PURPOSE As part of the Operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations you\’ll have the responsibility of implementing production planning activities for intermediates and finished goods, ensuring that efficient production plans are created, maintaining agreed stock levels. You will be actively involved in sourcing decisions for product and components.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working with 3rd Party Manufacturers, create a production plan that is executable and follows productivity and service targets, ensuring that Supply Chain, inventory and obsolescence metrics meet company targets.Analyse production requirements and production capacity to ensure customer response times and product availability are met.Track and review customer orders from production through to delivery.Build relationships with strategic partners and teams such as Customer service, 3rd party manufacturer, Quality, and logistics including warehousing and transport.Resolve or escalate supply issues by working with team me…
