For Companies 3 months contract with a Local Authority.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner Children in Need (CIN) to join a dynamic team on a hybrid working basis (2 days per week in the office). This is a senior-level role, more akin to that of an Assistant Team Manager, and is not suitable for Social Workers or Senior Social Workers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cases and supporting both the team and management in delivering high-quality services to children and families.
Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample):
- Hold and manage a small, complex allocation of children's cases.
- Provide reflective supervision to the Family Support Worker.
- Support the Team Manager in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Chair meetings and ensure timely statutory visits are completed.
