This is a key role where you’ll be the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination across bookings, documentation, logistics, and site operations. Your Daily Responsibilities ✅ Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient communication. ✅ Coordinate bookings and material movements, ensuring timely deliveries. ✅ Prepare daily reports, highlighting key issues to the site operations team. ✅ Create job packs for supervisors, equipping them with essential information. ✅ Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications. ✅ Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. ✅ Manage the hire of small equipment, ensuring availability and efficiency. ✅ Order and oversee PPE supplies, ensuring compliance and safety on-site.
