Are you an experienced Team Administrator? Our client in the heart of the city of London is a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organisation looking for a Team Administrator to support the Real Estate team. Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract. The role will be a busy and varied position.
Your duties will include:
- Diary management, booking appointments and meeting rooms, and organising refreshments for both internal and external meetings.
- Supporting the organisation of events, including small round tables and larger conferences, and preparing the presentation material.
- Leading on the co-ordination of bids through to submission.
- Managing the marketing database.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience in dealing with diary management, be proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and have the ability to work to deadlines with a can-do attitude while enjoying supporting a team. Ideally, you will have gained similar experience in a construction or professional services environment; experience working with bids and events would be an advantage.
The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the office based close to St Pauls.
