Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Stratford - ASAP

Level 3 TA Leader – Coordinator of Behaviour and Learning Programmes (TA3) At Twenty 4 Seven Education we are seeking to appoint a leader to manage and coordinate the day to day running of a secondary school, and take an active role in the delivery of the curriculum programme relating to behaviour support, and / or vocational learning. The Bridge offers bespoke learning and behaviour support for a range of identified students in Year 7, 8 and 9. Located alongside our the main school site, the Bridge offers short and medium term programmes to support students within school. The Bridge Leader will work as a part of our broader Inclusion team and use a range of strategies to support the progress of students with a variety of Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to relate well to both children and adults, be able to work constructively as part of a team and have a goal driven approach to solving problems. 37 hours per week, typically policy based on 8.00am – 4.10pm Monday-Thursday, 8.00am – 3.40pm Friday
