Your New Role:
- Attend various grounds maintenance tasks across Leicestershire.
- Coordinate with your line manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Adapt to seasonal demands, including winter tasks like gritting, jet washing hard surfaces, and removing leaves.
- Work on a variety of areas, including social housing, grass verges, gardens, and more.
Tasks Include:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and cleaning outdoor areas.
- Arboretum work, horticulture, spraying, and ride-on mower operation.
- Waste removal and other general maintenance tasks.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Relevant maintenance qualifications or time-served experience.
- Experience in domestic settings is a plus.
- A valid driving licence is desirable but not essential.
- Ride-on mower experience is a bonus, or a keen willingness to learn.
