SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE
LONDON – HYBRID
UP TO £40,000 + BENEFITS
THE COMPANY
A growing independent research agency, is looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their expanding team. Already working with some of the world’s leading tech, entertainment, and FMCG brands, they are continuing to grow and take on exciting new projects.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Research Executive , you will:
- Manage project logistics end-to-end, including research design, fieldwork coordination, and reporting.
- Develop and program surveys , ensuring high-quality data collection.
- Analyse quantitative data , drawing out key insights to create compelling, actionable recommendations.
- Produce engaging reports that go beyond the numbers to tell a clear story.
- Collaborate across teams , working alongside both qualitative and quantitative researchers.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years’ experience in a research agency, working on quantitative projects.
- A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, marketing, statistics, or English.
- Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, and reporting .
- Strong organisational skills to manage fieldwork and liaise with external partners .
- Comfort with survey programming tools (e.g. Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar).
- Experience using data analysis tools like Q, SPSS, or Excel.
- Client communication skills are a plus but not essential.
- Exposure to qualitative research is beneficial but not required.
