Job Description
My client is hiring a Senior Research Executive (Contractor) to lead the design and delivery of a new Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) programme across key international markets. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for a research professional with experience in customer insight, stakeholder engagement, and international programme delivery.
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract Duration Tbc
Start Date: ASAP
Reports to: Director of Insight
Rate: £250-350 p/d
Key Deliverables:
CSAT Programme Design: Develop a fully scoped and documented CSAT programme framework that aligns with business and customer objectives.
Survey Deployment: Launch live CSAT surveys in a minimum of 3 non-UK markets, working closely with local teams to adapt and implement effectively.
Opt-in Workflow: Define and test a customer panel opt-in workflow, ensuring full legal and compliance approval.
Insight & Recommendations: Conduct at least one round of feedback analysis, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with key stakeholders.
Handover Materials: Deliver a detailed playbook or handover guide for internal teams to ensure continuity after contract completion.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide weekly updates to the Director of Insight and ad hoc updates to market teams.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in customer insight or market research, ideally within a global or multi-market context.
Strong background in CSAT, VoC, or similar feedback programmes.
Confident managing end-to-end research processes and working with legal teams on data privacy and opt-in procedures.
Skilled in synthesising data into clear, actionable insight.
Comfortable working independently and communicating with cross-functional teams.
