R&D Project Manager

Project Manager Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and designers, to drive innovation. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and external partners. * Prepare and present project reports, findings, and recommendations. Project Manager Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in R&D project management within [industry/sector]. * Strong understanding of research methodologies, product development, and innovation processes. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and intellectual property management is a plus
