Job Description
Job Title: Interim Divisional Finance Director\\n\\nLocation: London (Hybrid)\\n\\nDay Rate: Circa £1,000 per day\\n\\nDuration: 6 Months+\\n\\nStart Date: Immediate\\n\\nI am currently supporting a global Industrial / B2B group with the appointment of an Interim Divisional Finance Director to lead the finance function for an international, multi-site operation. Based in London with a hybrid working model, this role will run for an initial six months, with potential to extend. It's a critical and high-impact position requiring a commercially driven finance leader who can drive activity across challenging geographical borders at pace.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nTake full ownership of the financial performance of a multi-site international division.\\nWork closely with regional teams to manage and improve commercial performance, enhance cash flow, and drive margin improvement.\\nPartner with senior operational stakeholders across multiple geographies to influence strategic and tactical decision-making.\\nLead and mentor a large, regionally dispersed finance team through change and transformation.\\nContribute to business improvement and transformation programmes, including systems, reporting, and process optimisation.\\nIdentify and address working capital challenges and implement measures to improve liquidity and financial agility.\\nSupport and lead on business development activity, including commercial evaluation and investment appraisal.\\nAct as the primary liaison between the international division and group finance to ensure visibility, alignment, and performance delivery.
