AsConference & Events ManageratBristol City Hall and Create Centre , you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event β from weddings and client functions to small meetings β is executed flawlessly. You will oversee a fast-paced and quality-driven C&E operation, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: Overall Responsibility : Oversee the delivery of high-quality service within a fast-paced Conference & Events operation, focusing on key areas such as weddings, client events, and small meetings. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a large, dynamic team, ensuring effective training, development, and upskilling. Promote personal growth and look for opportunities to develop team members through Personal Development Plans (PDP). Resource Management : Compile rotas in line with business needs and budget requirements, ensuring the team is neither over nor understaffed. Customer Feedback & Action Plans : Manage the customer feedback forum, addressing issues, and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
