Are you a proactive 360 recruiter with 3+ years’ experience in interim recruitment within professional services? Ready to step into a fast-paced, high-growth specialist agency?

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our market-leading legal recruitment team.

Reporting to our Head of Interim (one of our top-performing Consultants), you\’ll play a key role in recruiting top legal talent for in-house interim roles and supporting the growth of the interim team.

What we’re looking for:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in interim recruitment as a 360 recruiter in a professional services industry (legal preferred, but not essential)

✔ A proven track record in business development, client engagement, and revenue generation

✔ Confidence in building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth

✔ A fast-paced, results-driven mindset – ability to work at speed in an interim recruitment environment

✔ Proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by success

✔ Must be UK-based with full eligibility to work in the UK
