Part-time Teaching Assistant Runcorn | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 12:30pm Have you got experience supporting individuals with additional needs? Tradewind Recruitment is searching for a Part-time Teaching Assistant to support a student on a one-to-one basis. The child needs a positive role model who will be able to keep him focused on his work and able to implement positive behaviour management strategies. You will be responsible for supporting this student personally, socially and academically. This role will run up until the October half-term initially, and will be extended longer-term for the right candidate. In order to be considered for this role, you will need: Experience of supporting and working with individuals with additional needsThe ability to implement behavioural management strategiesTo be firm, consistent and fairThe ability to build and maintain positive relationships The essentials: Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure (cost of DBS is refunded after working 20 days)A full, 10-year career history and be able to provide a minimum of 2 referencesLegal right to work in the UKA minimum of 2 professional references including one from your most recent employer…
