Interim Electrical Servicing & Compliance Manager

Elevate Projects are seeking an experienced Electrical Servicing & Compliance Manager to oversee the safety, compliance, and maintenance of electrical systems across our clients residential housing stock. This temporary role provides a great opportunity to ensure high standards of electrical safety and regulatory compliance within social housing. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee electrical servicing, compliance, and maintenance across the council’s residential properties. * Ensure all electrical installations and equipment meet current regulations (BS 7671, Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector, etc.). * Coordinate and monitor periodic electrical inspections (EICRs), maintenance works, and emergency repairs. * Supervise and manage contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and maintain accurate records. * Provide expert technical advice on electrical safety and regulatory requirements. * Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, including risk mitigation and tenant safety
