Job Description Robert Half has partnered with a global business to recruit for a Field Sales Executive. Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team as part of a renowned international brand. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in the Antrim area. The successful candidate can expect: Salary up to £33,000 with an OTE of £40,000 Company car provision Fully autonomous management of your workday with no in-office requirement Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed business KPIs across key accounts, wholesale, and independent retail channels Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and shopper behaviour Partner with retail key accounts, independent outlets, and wholesale contacts within your territory Build strong relationships and have value-adding conversations to sell in new products that meet identified customer needs Educate retailers on our brands and industry legislation to drive customer advocacy Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area Leverage knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour to identify new business opportunities Required Skills: Previous sales experience, ideally in a corporate or field-based role Efficient, accurate, and timely administrative skills
