Job Purpose
- Support a varied portfolio of clients, providing excellent taxation compliance, advisory and planning services
- Preparation of tax returns
- Assist with tax reporting and the provision of compliance and advisory services
- Liaise with third parties to collate tax return information
- Ensure HMRC compliance with relevant statutory requirements
- Research regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations
- Nurture meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Mentor junior staff, reviewing work and delivering training to aid their development
- Champion your own professional development by undertaking progression opportunities where possible

Job Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified, part-qualified or with the desire to begin studying
- Qualified by experience also considered
- A proven track record of managing a portfolio within practice
- Highly personable and an excellent communicator, both on paper and in person
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload autonomously
- Good at working under pressure to ensure deadlines and targets are met
- Self-motivated, professional and reliable, with a keen eye for detail
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
