Your September Mission:As a Learning Support Assistant working with SEN pupils, you\’ll play an essential part in helping children thrive in the classroom and beyond.
1:1 & Small Group Support – Work closely with pupils with additional needs (including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and learning delays), helping them access the curriculum and build confidence.

Patience in Practice – Handle challenges with calmness, consistency, and compassion.
Trusted Adult – Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, offering emotional reassurance and encouragement.

We’re Looking for SEN Superstars Who: Have experience (or a strong desire to gain experience) working with children with additional needs in a UK school or care setting.
