Calm in the Storm: De-escalate challenging situations with patience and understanding.                                                                                                                                                        Positivity Dynamo: Bring your can-do attitude to the classroom, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and joy. Behaviour Champion: Use your strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and focused learning atmosphere. We’re Looking for Rock Stars Who: Have experience (or a passion to gain experience) working with children on the Autistic spectrum or with additional educational needs in a UK based school or care environment.
