Trainer/Assessor\\nUp to £27,000\\nRemote\\n\\nAs a Trainer/Assessor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting students through their qualification and assessment process as part of our Train the Trainer Programme. This is a virtual role, allowing you to work remotely while ensuring learners receive expert guidance throughout their training journey.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n* Provide structured virtual training and assessment to students enrolled in our qualification programs.\\n* Support learners throughout their studies, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to succeed.\\n* Proactively schedule and conduct assessments, ensuring timely progression.\\n* Maintain accurate records of learner progress and evidence of assessment.\\n* Manage and oversee a tutor support service, offering guidance to students requiring additional help.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about training and education in the health and social care sector. The ideal candidate will have:\\n\\n* Experience as a Trainer/Assessor, ideally within Health & Social Care.\\n* A strong understanding of qualification frameworks and assessment processes.\\n* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners.\\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students.\\n* Confidence in delivering virtual training and assessments.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n* A1 or D32/33 (Assessor qualifications) – Essential\\n* PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, or CertEd (Teaching qualifications) – Essential\\n* V1/D34 or Level 4 in Quality Assurance – Preferred but not essential\\n\\nCandidates with additional qualifications or extensive practical experience in these areas will be highly valued.\\n\\nAbout us\\nCareskills Academy is a leading national eLearning provider for the Health and Social Care sector.
