This building services consultancy develops good engineers into great ones. You’ll join a stable team of 40 MEP engineers, led by a young, ambitious Partner who started off as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer. They’ve been in your shoes and want to see you progress as quickly as possible. It’s an environment that celebrates success, recognises individual contributions, and gives you space to grow, with support when you need it.
What you’ll work on:
- Projects are varied and technically challenging, everything from complex decarbonisation work to 500,000 sq. ft, new build commercial offices.
- Whether it’s a boiler replacement or a full owner-occupier refurbishment, you’ll be trusted to take the lead.

Requirements:
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Building Services
- Currently working for an engineering consultancy, ie a building services consultancy or a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy
