📍 Location: Hybrid – Home & Manchester Office – 2 days on site

💰 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + car allowance

We are a leading international food manufacturer, developing hot beverages, confectionery, and nutritional products for major supermarkets and well-known brands.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Tasting & Testing: Run and manage weekly taste panel sessions.
• Hands-On NPD Work: Support new product development from idea to launch.
• Retail & Admin Support: Sample shopping, preparing submissions, and booking couriers.
• Customer & Supplier Engagement: Attend key retailer meetings and European production site visits.
• Project Ownership: Track project progress and, in time, take the lead.
• Technical & Compliance Support: Assist with artwork reviews and first production sign-offs.
