The firm is now led by a new generation of leadership, including five Equity Partners and five Directors. Operating from two offices in the UK and maintaining a presence in the United States, they have successfully completed over 650 projects, managing a total capital spend exceeding £5 billion. Their project portfolio is diversified, with a breakdown of 40% commercial, 30% industrial, and 30% across residential, leisure, and education sectors. Last year, the firm achieved a turnover of £5 million, a milestone accomplished entirely through organic growth. The Role: They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London. In this role, you will play a key part in a dynamic team of 25, delivering a range of new-build and refurbishment schemes. Your work will focus on projects primarily in London and the surrounding areas, with project values ranging from £250K – £100M. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, and Industrial, in addition to other areas within the built environment.
