Team Lead Supported Living Facility Location: Belfast Salary: £16.76 per hour (Days) // £18.74ph (Nights) Hours: 37.5 per week (3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends) Are you a dedicated and compassionate leader with experience in supported living and complex health conditions? We are seeking a Team Lead to join our supported living facility in Belfast, providing exceptional care and support to service users with diverse and complex needs. About the Role As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of care professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting the dignity and independence of our service users.
